A personalised myotherapy appointment that uses a mixture of cupping, dry needing, passive stretching, joint mobilisations, deep tissue massage and exercise.

Pilates

Pilates is a great option for those looking for a low impact but high results exercise program. 

During each session, Amy will run you through various areas of the body including core, glutes, arms and legs, equalling a full body workout in the space of 50 minutes. 

You don't need to have any prior Pilates or sporting experience, just book in and have fun.
